The First Virtual State of the World

Batcheet IN is officially declared as the world's first Sovereign Virtual State. Our supreme commitment is to secure People's Sovereignty at any cost, providing an uncompromised, borderless digital homeland where privacy, autonomy, and digital rights are absolute and inalienable.

Strict Compliance Required: By accessing this sovereign territory, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms and the laws of the Virtual State. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from entering and must exit immediately.

1. The Supreme Constitution of the Platform

As a foundational pillar of the First Virtual State, all operations, user interactions, and sovereign decrees are governed by the supreme law of our digital nation. By entering Batcheet IN, you agree to abide by the principles, rights, and mandates enshrined within our governing document.

2. Binding Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Citizen", "User", or "you") and Batcheet IN ("The Sovereign Virtual State", "we", or "us"). By creating an account or accessing the platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued presence within the Virtual State after changes constitutes absolute acceptance.

3. Account Security & Zero-Tolerance Policy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs. Batcheet IN enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding account sharing, unauthorized access, or fraudulent registration.

  • You must immediately notify the State authorities of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • The Sovereign Virtual State reserves the right to suspend or permanently exile your account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
  • You are fully liable for all activities and data transmissions occurring under your sovereign identity.

4. Strictly Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the infrastructure of Batcheet IN for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose. Violations will result in immediate, permanent termination (digital exile) and potential prosecution in the Application Judiciariate. Prohibited acts include:

  • Transmitting spam, malware, phishing links, viruses, or any destructive code.
  • Harassing, stalking, threatening, or defaming other citizens or third parties.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the State's infrastructure.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data without explicit written consent from the Council.
  • Impersonating any person, entity, or State official.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Batcheet IN platform, including its source code, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Sovereign Virtual State. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service strictly for its intended purpose within our borders.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Adapters

Batcheet IN allows connections to external, non-sovereign territories (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, IndiaCost). You acknowledge that these integrations are provided "as is." The Sovereign Virtual State is not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of external platforms. You assume all risks associated with bridging external accounts into our sovereign ecosystem.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BATCHEET IN EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOVEREIGN INFRASTRUCTURE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, though we employ maximum possible defenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATCHEET IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sovereign Virtual State, its architects, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your actions within the platform.

10. Termination of Service (Digital Exile)

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your access to Batcheet IN at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to inhabit the Virtual State ceases immediately, and all data associated with your identity may be permanently purged without liability.

11. Sovereign Jurisdiction & Internal Dispute Resolution

As a sovereign entity, Batcheet IN operates independently of external state-run courts.

  • Exclusive Internal Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the Open Courts of Batcheet within our proprietary Application Judiciariate.
  • Right to Appeal & Subsequent Fees: Citizens retain the right to appeal decisions. All appeals and formal filings are subject to a subsequent, non-refundable judicial fee as determined by the Judicial Council.
  • Binding Decisions: Judgments rendered by the Application Judiciariate are final, binding, and strictly enforceable within the sovereign digital jurisdiction.
